ONE (1) YEAR HAD PASSED AND WE ARE STEPPING AHEAD WITH OUR MISSION TO STRENGTHEN THE CLUB PRESTIGE. 2014 HAS BEEN A CHALLENGING YEAR FOR THE NEW COMMITTEE EMERGING FROM 2 ESTABLISHED CLUB AND ESPECIALLY FROM VARIOUS CULTURE OF MEMBERS. 

THE 2014 COMMITTEE WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO THANK ALL PARTICIPATING MEMBERS OF THE CLUB FOR GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY TO BRING THE CLUB INTO A NEW ADVENTURE.

ANNUAL DINNER 2014

WORLD CUP 2014 BRAZIL - PICK THE WINNER'S COMPETITION

Welcome to the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ ALL IN ONE RHYTHM™. In 2014, the biggest event in world football will return to its spiritual home. Sixty-four years after its first hosted a FIFA World Cup™, Brazil will once again stage the showpiece event. With a record five world titles to its name and the distinction of being the only country to have played in all 19 previous editions of the tournament, Brazil is counting down the days until the participating nations and their fans arrive on its shores.


Six of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ stadiums have already been inaugurated and were used during the FIFA Confederations Cup 2013, namely those in Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Fortaleza, Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. Among their number is the legendary Maracanã in Rio, where the final will be played in 2014. Six other FIFA World Cup venues are being completed in Cuiabá, Curitiba, Manaus, Natal, Porto Alegre and Brazil’s biggest city, São Paulo, with the latter’s Arena de São Paulo set to stage the opening match involving the hosts on 12 June.


The host cities are located across the country’s five regions, with each scheduled to stage at least four games at Brazil 2014. Participating teams, members of the media and fans travelling to Brazil will all discover an abundance of flavours, sounds and customs in one of the most culturally diverse nations on the planet. Over three million tickets will go on sale exclusively through


All of the host cities will give supporters the chance to experience the joy and hospitality that Brazil has to offer at the FIFA Fan Fests™. Located at symbolic venues in the 12 cities that will stage games in the FIFA World Cup, they will be open from the fi rst day of tournament to the last, ensuring that Brazilians and visitors alike are “All in one rhythm”, to use the words of the official slogan of Brazil 2014.


Don’t get excited, we are not going to Brazil BUT, the infamous “Pick the Winners Competition” is back.


The rules and regulations are simple:


  1. Photocopy the entry form and fill your prediction of the group standings, group of 16, quarter finalists, semi-finalists, finalist, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, and the Winner of World Cup 2014.
  2. Each correct choice of team picked for the Group Standings will be worth 1 point.
  3. An additional 1 point per Group will be awarded if you get the whole Group correct.
  4. Each correct choice of team picked for the Round of 16 will be worth 2 points.
  5. Each correct choice of team picked for the Quarter Finalists will be worth 3 points.
  6. Each correct choice of team picked for the Semi- Finalists will be worth 4 points.
  7. Each correct choice of team picked for the Finalists will be worth 5 points.
  8. Correct choice of team picked for the 4th Place will be worth 6 points.
  9. Correct choice of team picked for the 3rd Place will be worth 7 points.
  10. Correct choice of team picked for the 2th Place will be worth 8 points.
  11. Correct choice of team picked as the World Cup 2014 winner will be worth 10 points.
  12. The top 3 entry forms with the highest number of points will win the mystery prizes.
  13. The mystery prizes will be split 50% for 1st Place, 30% for Second Place and 20% for 3rd Place.
  14. In the event of a draw between contestants, the mystery prizes will be re-divided accordingly to be decided by nominated judges (depending on the number of draws).
  15. In the unlikely event of any dispute, nominated judges reserves all right to make the decision which in his opinion, shall be deemed to be fair and equitable and in all cases, shall be final and no appeal in whatsoever manner will be entertained.
  16. Under Group Standings, points will only be awarded based on the correct teams’ position/ranking within the Group.
  17. No changes are allowed subsequent to submission. All forms will be signed and kept with the nominated personnel.
  18. The winners will be announced on 14 July 2014 or barring unforeseen circumstances after the Final Game.

  20. The competition is only open to restricted members. However you can enter as many forms as you wish.

Our reflexes respond automatically when we get hold of the racket. Playing badminton comes with bounty of perks where it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, optimistic, and young! It helps ward off the depression and stress, not to mention helps to improve self-esteem, and better, helps in enjoying a better sleep at night! HIKING - PANTAI KERACUT



This time, we are getting closer to the Mother Nature! As we may know, hiking outdoors comes with a bounty of perks: nice views, fresh air, and the sounds and smells of nature. Getting somewhere is one of the biggest reason we hike, but sometimes just getting outside  -- and really being there -- is enough of a destination. Thus, seize this chance of being able to get closer to the nature and away from the concrete city, we might be amazed by just how much nature goes quiet when you pass by, and how much of it comes spilling back in if you take time to sit, watch and listen. Hence, don't miss the chance, grab this opportunity and come join us! Registration is open from

Hiking Tips:
  • Wear Sport shoes and no slipper allowed.
  • Start slow. Gradually work up to trails with hills or uneven terrain and warm up before you start to hike.
  • Use common sense. Follow marked paths and trails. Avoid contact with quentionable plants and animals.
  • Know before you go. Familiarize yourself with the trail map. Check the weather and dress and pack accordingly.
  • Bring a buddy. It's best not to hike alone, especially on unfamiliar or remote trails. A partner or group can help you navigate and assist if you get hurt.
  • Items Provided by Organiser:
    • 1 Nasi Lemak breakfast
