1. To adopt financial statements for the financial period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016 - Uploaded;
2. To adopt 2017 budget proposals - Uploaded;
3. To adopt changes on BTSC Constitution - Uploaded ;  
4. To elect New Committee Members as follows:-
• 1 President (selected within Subcommittees)
• 4 Subcommittees - Audit (1), BPO (1), Secretary (1) and Tax (1)
