TREASURE HUNT - MY PENANG, MY HERITAGE



We are now back again with more enhanced games and exciting mind strategies where it will definitely be an adventure hard to forget. The idea of treasure hunting will be sending the members of BTSC downtown into Penang Heritage area where you will be able to take on a tour and explore the area on a bicycle and at the same time engaged in a team and together, work yourself towards the goal of winning the treasure hunting! Riding around Penang Heritage area is a dream that not all Penangites can achieve overnight where you can get an average exposure about Penang Heritage values. Hence, grab this opportunity and treasure this special event for you and your partner. Registration is open from 
12 February 2014 and closed on 19 February 2014.
The hunt is open to all members and immediate family (limited to 3 immediate family members per eligible participated BTSC member).

    • 7:30am : Rendezvous "The Little Children On Bicycle" Mural @ Armenian Street
    • 7:45am : Breakfast (A Set of Subway included with Drink) and Photo Time
    • 8:15am : Briefing
    • 8:30am : Hunting Game Start
    • 11:00am : Gather at "The Little Children On Bicycle" Mural @ Armenian Street
    • 11:30am : Winners Announcement
    • 11:45am : Prize Giving 
  • Hunting Venue : Penang Georgetown Heritage Area
  • Prize
    • Champion : RM150/-
    • 1st Runner Up : RM120/-
    • 2nd Runner Up : 80/-
    • 2X Consolation Prize : RM50/-
  • Participation Fees:
    • Members(Self-Provided Bicycle): Free of Charge
    • Members: RM10/-
    • Non-Members(Self-Provided Bicycle) : RM10/-
    • Non-Members : RM20/- (adult), RM10/- (children below 12 years old)
Rules & Regulations:
  • Open to all BTSCs' members, immediate family members (i.e. spouse and children) and trainees from Baker Tilly (Penang Branch), J. Heng Corporate Advisors Sdn. Bhd. and J. Heng Tax Planners Sdn. Bhd..
  • All participants are advised to wear BTSC T-Shirt, except for non-members.
  • Each team will be formed-up with 2 members. 
    • *Exception to the members who participate together with immediate family members (Maximum 4 person in a team).
  • Hunting quests must be solved within 2 hours 30 minutes and submit to the organisers at the prescribed location.
  • Every participants must bring 1 ball pen and camera / cell phone with camera to answer all the quests.
  • The team with most correct answer within the time frame will be the winner. 
  • If more than 1 team are equally matched with the exact correct answers, the winner will be decided based on the fastest team who submit the answer.
  • Items Provided by Organiser:
    • 1 Subway breakfast set (include drink)
    • 1 500ml Mineral Water
    • 1 Tin 100 Plus
    • 1 Rented Bicycle Per Participant (except for children below 10 years old must ride with and adult)
  • Any other subject matters will be at the discretion of the organiser and will be communicated to all participants on a timely manner and best effort possible.
  • The organiser will not bear any cost of injuries / damages / claims by participants during the event day and all participants are advised to take precautions at all time.
